Sunday Snippet : Chasing Rubies Chat

Today's Sunday Snippet features the lovely Erin from Chasing Ruby Chat. Erin is part of the Clogger group of bloggers! Erin is a lovely girl who i love to take some time out to have a read of her newest posts. Check out our interview below and make sure to pop over and give her a like.

1. Can you tell us a little about yourself?

My name is Erin, I'm a student in UL studying Digital Media Design, I'm a blogger and a YouTuber and I work for a social media company called BlueChief.

2. How did you get into blogging and why?

I originally stated as a college project, but soon fell in love with blogging so I set up my own and it kind of went from there.

3. What do you do when you aren't working on your blog?

If I'm not working on my blog, I'm probably editing/filming videos, working or watching Disney movies.

4. Are you a full time blogger? And how did you get into it?

No I do blogging part time, it's just my hobby even though sometimes it doe feel like a full time job haha. I got into blogging as we had to blog as part of a module in college but I wanted to write about stuff that interested me so I set up my own personal one.

5. How do you keep coming up with content for the blog?

I don't know really, I'll often just sit down and brainstorm and usually end up with 100 ideas that I whittle down to about 40 decent legitimate ideas. that keeps me going for a good while.

6. Name some of the top bloggers you look up to?

I look up to lots of bloggers, like Suzanne Jackson and Joanne Larby because they have all inspired me in different ways. They are all incredible female entrepreneurs and are setting the path for the rest of us.

7. Name the top blogs you read?

I read dorkface, cherry sue doin' the do, lovelygirlybits, bella and vogue, long hairs and lashes, the beautiful truth, omg I could go on forever haha.

8. What makes you read the above blogs?

I love the honesty and the fact that if I seen them in the street, I'd have no problem going over to say hi as they're all lovely genuine women.

9. Tell us something we dont' know about you?

I once climbed the highest mountain in Africa, Mt.Kilimanjaro when I was 17.
