Thank You!

As most of you already know I was part of a team of 4 who helped to organise the #DeiseBloggers event last Saturday. I will be updating you all on the event in the next few days and bring you all pictures from it. It literally has taken me the whole week to recover after the event. It was a huge success and I am so glad to have been a part of the day. Today's post is about our wonderful sponsors who without the day would not have taken place. I am taken this opportunity to thank them all on behalf of myself and the three other team members Emma, Lisa and Jodi. Without the generosity of all the sponsors it would not have been possible to send all of the #DeiseBloggers home with not one but two goody bags each. It was like Christmas morning for everyone who received the bags.

How amazing were those goody bags. As well as these we had some amazing food and cucpakes. The food was kindly sponsored by the Kazbar Waterford who contributed so much to our day. They gave us the Top Floor of the Kazbar where we were able to set up the room as we wished. We put up little decorations, they had candles in mason jars on the tables and the heating was on so we were lovely and toasty. The food platters were unreal. I usually go to the Kazbar on Friday for lunch from college as it's just so nice. I loved the room we were in as it was so easy to get a nice atmosphere going. I made a little slideshow with all our sponsors logos on and we were able to have it playing on the bigscreen tv in the background throughout the event. Thanks so much to Sinead and all her staff in the Kazbar for there generosity and help with our event. It wouldn't have been the same without ye.

My next little mention is to Mike and Kathy from Kilmeaden Cake Supplies, they recently set up a lovely little cake shop and cafe in Kilmeaden. It is my go to for all things nice and sweet. When the event was in organisation I approached Mike and asked if they would like to contribute to our day with some cupcakes from themselves. They were more than happy to oblige and the cakes were sorted. They day before Mike message me looking for our logo, which he then printed on the little mini cupcakes. The attention to detail is amazing and nothing slips passed him. The mini cupcakes went down a treat. They looked and tasted amazing. Thanks so much guys xx
