As i have blonde hair i recieved a shampoo and a mask to try out for a few weeks. At the moment my hair is growing very rapidly, so it is hard to keep a colour in it. I am trying to prolong the colour without having to retouch my roots and limit it to one colour every 6-8 weeks in order to keep my hair at optimum health. I recieved the Blonde Ambition shampoo which is aimed at cool blonde toned hair, and the Blonde Parade mask which is again for cool tones. I was so eager to start using the products.

The products contain light reflecting pearl particles that diffuse light from all directions, which gives out lots of tones and shine. In the products there is ceramide which gives strength and nourishment to the hair fibres, and also gives a healthy appearance. I have been using the shampoo twice a week and the mask twice a week, and the difference in my roots and hair is excellent. I apply the shampoo and lather it in, leave for 3-5 mins and then wash it out. For the mask I apply it to damp hair and leave in for 7-10 mins and then wash out.

This is before, you can see my roots are a dark mousey brown and my blonde has lost its vitality and shine. I then started to use the shampoo and mask twice a week.

Before

My blonde has its bounce and vitality back. It looks very natural, with a high shine, my roots have faded to a very light brown with some blonde tones going through them so they look very natural. I purposely did not recolour my hair throughout this testing process.

After

I am so pleased with the results. I have easily got another 4 weeks out of my colour and my hair has had its natural shine and vitality restored. My hair looks healthy, glossy and vibrant. My blonde has some kick to it. The products are very very reasonable and I highly recommend them to anyone who has white, blonde, or grey hair.
