My Secret Boutique Frocktail Party @Kazbar Waterford

Last Wednesday my lovely friends won 4 tickets to the My Secret Boutique Frocktail Party. I was so excited as I really wanted to attend. My Secret Boutique is a blog run by Jessika Manning a fellow #deiseblogger who blogs about all things beauty and fashion related. I love following Jessika's blog on facebook as she regularly updates with outfits and beauty related bits.

So on Friday evening it was time to get ready for the Frocktail Party. It was in the Kazbar Waterford which by now if you don't know is a favourite of mine. We had our #deisebloggers event there before Xmas. It is such a lovely venue and the staff are always so nice. We were early so headed upstairs to the Top Floor and it was laid out in a lovely Pink theme. There were Pink Cupcakes on every table and they look scrumptious. Sandra from Waterford Health Park was busy setting up her stand as were the girls from Gainfort. It became full in a few minutes. While everyone was mingling the lovely Jessika came over and chatted to us for a few minutes. She is a lovely down to earth girl, really friendly.

Jessika then got the night underway, she introduced herself and then introduced the lovely ladies from Tomitago. Now me and Tomitago have a love relationship. I am obsessed with their products. They are all natural and are local as they are from Piltown. Their products are amazing on the skin. I have tried out their elixir, combi 1, cleanser and body oil. All of the products manufactured are 100% chemical free. This is a great merit of the products as chemicals are very dangerous for the skin as they disrupt the acid mantle causing lots of problems in regards to dehydration, fine lines, premature ageing. One product suits all with this range so it can be used on all skin types so it is suitable for everyone. The girls from Tomitago did a demonstration of the products which was very informative for those who had never seen or heard of them before.

Following the demo we had a little break where we got to redeem our free mojito's from the bar and when you checked into the Kazbar you also received a free shot. Once everyone had had a chance to chill for a few mins it was time for the lovely Niamh from NCMakeup to show off her skill and talent which is all self taught. Niamh did a look based on Desi Perkins. Niamh used the Revlon Colour Stay with some of the new Cailyn Glitter on the eyes. Isn't it fab.

After this we had another little break where we were all encouraged to use the photobooth from Infokus Photography. It was so much fun, there were loads of little props and we got a copy of the pics to keep and one went into a book for Jessika to keep. Great fun, If you are interested in one then contact Keith in Infokus. We also had to pick which outfit was the most expensive and it was entered into a draw.

Then we moved onto the last demo of the night from the amazingly talented Lyndsey from Peter Marks. Anyone who doesn't know Lyndsey will recognise her from Diane Everrett's snapchat as she is her hairdresser. Lyndsey is a magician. She showcased some easy looks for upstyles and also showed us the new wag in a bag from Gainfort. All the products she used were available from Gainfort and the headpieces she used were from the fab Bonzie.

After the demo was over Jessika ran a raffle where the money raised went to two local charities. I won  a photoshoot in the raffle so I am excited for that. Overall it was a fab night. Jessika was the perfect host for the girlie night out, and the Kazbar was the perfect venue. Everything went off perfectly and the night was excellent. Thanks so much to the Kazbar and Jessika for having us and for pulling off one of the best Friday Night's that has been seen in Waterford in a long time. Jessika I wish you continued success and hopefully we will meet again.

Thanks for a great night
