Welcome to this weeks Sunday Snippet where the featured lady is Ciara from Ciaraswalsh. I love Ciara's blog as it ranges from travel to fashion. Her recent posts about her year abroad are excellent as she is so grateful. Check out our interview below.
1. Can you tell us a little about yourself?
My name is Ciara, I'm from Galway, Ireland and I currently live in Italy for my studies. I'm a fashion and travel blogger and the owner of CiaraSwalsh, I love travelling all around Italy and I hope someday I can expand that.
2. How did you get into blogging and why?
I've always wanted to get into blogging, my love for fashion and travel was huge and I felt my instagram was too small to voice my opinion. I wanted to create a personal space for me on the Internet. So now it's almost been 1 year since I set up CiaraSwalsh and I'm enjoying every second of it! :)
3. What do you do when you aren't working on your blog?
Usually I am always working on CiaraSwalsh, you have to take into account, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Photoshoots, Emails etc. When I'm not working on any of that I am either in class or hanging with friends!
4. Are you a full time blogger?
No I am a part time blogger as I am also a student
5. How do you keep coming up with content for your blog?
I travel a lot so that keeps it interesting, I like to always have a look ready to shoot too. I never run out of inspiration. Instagram, Pintrest and WeHeartIt are great for inspiring me.
6. Name some of the bloggers whom you look up to and why?
Lydia Millen and Erika Fox from Retro Flame are my two all time favourite bloggers. I love their attention to detail, I love their style, I love how genuine and down to earth they are. I could go on for ages :)
7. Name the top blogs you read?
Lydia Millen, Retro Flame, Love Lauren, Faces By Grace, Ciara O'Doherty, Mind Body Swag oh there's so many! My Instagram is literally blogger after blogger ahaha
8. What makes you read the above blogs?
Their style. I also follow them all on Snapchat too so I can see they are really a great bunch of girls who are extremely hard working.
9. Tell us something we don't know about you?
I am a scoliosis survivor. My spine is almost completely fused.
